O’Donnellan & Joyce held one of the biggest house auctions ever held by any private auctioneering company last Friday in the Victoria Hotel when 10 properties were placed up for sale by public auction.

O’Donnellan & Joyce had the best auction of the year when it placed six properties up for sale and recorded four sales. Meanwhile the two remaining properties are under active negotiation.

O’Donnellan & Joyce placed five houses up for sale by public auction in a packed to capacity auction room last Friday in the Victoria Hotel. Four of the houses were sold and one is currently under active negotiation.
